Choose which serving option(s) you would like to discuss

• The Grille Sit Down: You can choose to have your guests sit down and enjoy good conversation while being served with a smile at The Grille. When you choose to have a full service event your meal will be portioned, plated and served to you. Your server will wait on you, refill your beverages and remove your dishes and accommodate all your event needs.
• You may choose to sit in our front dining/party room area which can accommodate 20 people comfortably for a sit down and full service event. Or you may choose our bar-dining area and the party room area which can be set up many ways depending on your needs and comfortably seat 50-60. If you choose to sit in the bar-dining area if requested you can reserve the martini and wine end of the bar with choice service and a designated bartender(depending on budget or evening plans).  Please keep in mind unless there is a pre-set menu each person will not be served at the exact same time depending on the number of guests.
• The Grille Buffet Style: The food would be ready and on designated tables kept in warmers or coolers. All plates, napkins, silverware etc. will be self served and available on the table. This may include non-alcoholic beverages and/or pre-paid alcoholic beverages. Buffet style is for those who want to do more walking and mingling and not be as formal as a sit down full service event. Please keep in mind when you choose to do a buffet that there is no portion control and we always recommend ordering 3-9 extra servings depending on the party size.

Carry-Out
Depending on what your need is The Grille can offer to have your food prepared to go in large buffet style platters or packaged individually.

• Buffet Style Carry Out: Depending on your occasion and budget the carry-out buffet style option can be packaged with disposable aluminum platters or black plastic catering wear. The aluminum is included in carry-out orders and can be placed in the oven to re-heat food and can be used in chafing dishes. The plastic is more visually appealing and can be reused however it does cost extra depending on what you would like.
• Chafing dishes are available to rent for $5.00 a day per chafing dish and include two Sternos. There is a $100.00 deposit which will be refunded upon return. Extra sternos are available for $3 per sterno or visit your local GFS or Party Center Stores.
• Individually Packaged Carry Out: Depending on your occasion and budget the individually packed option can be packaged in Styrofoam to-go containers or black plastic to-go containers.  The Styrofoam is included in the price and is great for food that will be served immediately. The plastic is more visually appealing and lasts a little longer however it does cost extra depending on what you would like use. 

Hiring The Grille Family to cook, serve and host your event at your venue

• Depending on your budget, event type, venue and schedule The Grille Family can be hired out to cook, serve and host your event at your home or venue of choice. This is a great way to go one step above for your special event and hire Chef Artie to show of his skills in your own private setting. You can also hire the amazing Grille Family Staff to host and serve your guests. If you would like to discuss options and ideas contact us.

The Grille Accommodations… Above & Beyond

• The Grille can accommodate all of your full service event and catering needs. If you would like to have specific servers, entertainment, flowers, gifts, decorations, giveaways, linens, invitations, plates, serving wear… you name it, The Grille would be happy to discuss these ideas and options with you. We work hand in hand with many locally owned and operated Brunswick and Medina County businesses and can offer you competitive prices with excellent service.

Want to bring your own cake and decorations?

• You may bring decorations prior to your event and decorate your table or party room. You are not allowed to bring food, drink or dessert but you are allowed to bring a store bought cake. You may drop off a cake earlier in the day if needed however if you bring your own cake you are responsible to bring candles, napkins, utensils and plates for the cake.  (Homemade cake is not allowed)

Party Room Rental and Fees

• If you reserve seating you will not pay a room fee if your entire party is present and either eating an entrée or eating appetizers and having cocktails. The Grille party room and building is available to rent out.
• If you know what your guests would like to order you may place your order at the time of the reservation
• To avoid a wait please reserve seating on Friday’s and Saturday’s
• All parties of 6 or more will be given 1 bill- NO EXCEPTIONS
• All reservation parties of 8 or more will be charged 18% gratuity on their check- Please feel free to add gratuity
